1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product was delivered in a leaked or tampered condition.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with a broken seal.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Orders returned without prior approval.
- Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).
3. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged during shipping.
- Incorrectly delivered.
- Defective upon arrival.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Muscle Fabs will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
